The Strength of Jewish History
Vision
Chayalot is a tribute to the women who have shaped Jewish history and carried its legacy forward with courage and grace. Drawing from the Torah’s timeless description of the Eshet Chayil—the Woman of Valor—and echoing the modern role of chayalot (female soldiers), the exhibition traces the unbroken threads connecting Jewish women from ancient times to the Diaspora and today. Through portraits, landscapes, and still lifes, this body of work delves into the themes of resilience, leadership, and love that define Jewish womanhood. Accompanied by a short film featuring interviews and behind-the-scenes process insights, Chayalot invites viewers to reflect on the pivotal role women play in shaping Jewish life and history.
Tour
Chayalot is planned for a 2026 international tour, connecting Jewish communities with the stories of the women who embody our shared heritage. From intimate gallery spaces to large-scale communal events, the exhibition creates opportunities for reflection and dialogue about the unshakable spirit of Jewish women. The accompanying film deepens this experience by weaving personal narratives and the artistic journey into the broader tapestry of Jewish identity.

Chayalot is in its early stages, and your support can help bring this vision to life.
